Members of the RMT and ASLEF Unions have announced industrial action on Saturday 16, Sunday 17, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 July. As a result, Hull Trains will operate a reduced timetable on these dates. 

Friday 15 July 

A normal service is expected to run, however you are advised to check your journey before you travel.

Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July

A reduced timetable will be in place, you can download this here.

Monday 18 July

The 07:27 London Kings Cross to Hull service will be cancelled, no other services are expected to be affected on Monday.

Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 July

The timetable for this weekend is expected to be announced shortly.

Ticket changes and refunds:

Customers with ​​​​existing tickets for the cancelled trains on 16 and 17 July can get in touch to change their travel date 7 days either side of your original booked date. Alternatively, customers can claim a full refund if you do not wish to travel. 

Check before you travel:
If you are travelling on 16, 17 and 18 July you can check your journey using the The National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner

Any amendments on 23 and 24 July have not yet been added to the journey planner, please check back nearer to the time of travel.

Compensation:
You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today. Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
