Strike action has been announced by the ASLEF Union on the following days:

  • Saturday 30 September
  • Wednesday 4 October

Advice for Greater Anglia customers:

On Saturday 30 September and Wednesday 4 October, it is likely that a limited service will run between Norwich / Colchester / Southend Victoria / Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street only.

First trains of the day may start later, and the last trains may finish earlier than usual.

All other routes will have no service at all.

Service on Sunday 1 October and Thursday 5 October may start later than usual, as a result of the previous day's strike action.

Advice for Stansted Express customers:

On Saturday 30 September and Wednesday 4 October, a reduced frequency service is expected to operate. It is likely this will be at a frequency of 1 train per hour in each direction between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street.

First trains of the day may start later, and the last trains may finish earlier than usual.

Service on Sunday 1 October and Thursday 5 October may start later than usual, as a result of the previous day's strike action.

The National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner is currently showing the normal planned service for the strike days, which is subject to change. The amended timetables are expected to be showing correctly in Journey Planners at the following times:

  • For journeys on 29 and 30 September, please check back on Friday 22 September
  • For journeys from 2 to 6 October, please check back on Wednesday 27 September
