Strike action to affect c2c services has been announced by the ASLEF Union.
On Tuesday 5 December, there will be no c2c services running on any route.
There is also an ASLEF Union overtime ban from Friday 1 to Saturday 9 December and there will be alterations to c2c services on the following dates:
Friday 1 December:
- Reduced peak time service.
- 2 trains per hour off peak on all routes.
- First and last trains will be unaffected.
Saturday 2 December:
- Severely reduced service.
- Engineering works will also affect your journey.
Sunday 3 December:
- Severely reduced service.
- Engineering works will also affect your journey.
Monday 4 December:
- Reduced peak time service.
- 2 trains per hour off peak on all routes.
- First and last trains unaffected.
- Engineering works in the evening.
Tuesday 5 December:
- No c2c trains on the c2c route.
Wednesday 6 December:
- Reduced peak time service.
- 2 trains per hour off peak on all routes.
- First and last trains unaffected.
- Engineering works in the evening.
Thursday 7 December:
- Reduced peak time service.
- 2 trains per hour off peak on all routes.
- First and last trains unaffected.
- Engineering works in the evening.
Friday 8 December:
- Reduced peak time service.
- 2 trains per hour off peak on all routes.
- First and last trains will be unaffected.
