A fault with the signalling system has been reported at Charing Cross. In order to access certain platforms, drivers of some trains are needing to stop at signals and contact the signaller to gain authority to move past the signal, causing delays.
To allow access for staff to investigate, the lines at London Charing Cross will be blocked from 12:00 for approximately 15 minutes.
