Urgent repairs to the track between London Charing Cross and London Bridge means all are disrupted. As a result, trains will be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised. This is expected until 12:30.
What's happened?
Network Rail engineers have discovered some damage to part of the track outside of Charing Cross. After investigating the damage they advised that it will need to be fixed as soon as possible to avoid further damage and will need to switch the electricity off to access the track safely and carry out the repairs. How does this affect my journey?
There will be no trains to / from Charing Cross and Waterloo East between 11:30 and 12:15. Majority of the services will be either diverted to Cannon Street or terminated at London Bridge. Trains via Maidstone East to Charing Cross will divert into Victoria. What should I do?
