A signalling problem in the Staines area means all lines are blocked.

Services that run on the following routes will be subject to cancellations, alterations or delays of up to 45 minutes:

  • Between London Waterloo and Windsor & Eton Riverside
  • Between London Waterloo and Weybridge
  • Between London Waterloo and Reading
  • Between Guildford and Reading
  • Between Ascot and Aldershot

Disruption is expected until the end of service.

South Western Railway customer advice:

We have been informed of a loss of signalling between Barnes and Reading. This means that all lines are blocked.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • London Buses between London and Hounslow, Strawberry Hill and Surbiton
  • Elizabeth line between London and Reading via any reasonable route
  • Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading
