A shortage of train crew is causing disruption to journeys between Stevenage and Moorgate via Hertford North. As a result of this, trains may be cancelled and rail replacement buses will operate where there is a gap in the train service.
This is expected until the end of the day.

There are rail replacement buses placed at some major stations to be used when there is a big gap in service. These will be under the control of station staff.
To help you with your journey, staff have arranged for your tickets to be accepted with some other transport companies, at no extra cost to yourself.
Train ticket acceptance:
- Greater Anglia Hertford East to London Liverpool Street
- London Overground between London Liverpool Street and Enfield Town
- London Underground between London terminals via any reasonable route
