A passenger being taken ill on a train between London St Pancras International and London Blackfriars earlier today is causing disruption between these stations. Trains are now beginning to return to normal, however, may still be cancelled or delayed whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until 21:00.

Trains are unable to run from London St Pancras International towards London Blackfriars at this time. Journey times will be extended by up to 30 minutes and you will need to use an alternative route in order to complete your journey.
To assist you on your journey, your ticket is valid with the following operators:
- London Underground between London Terminals
- Southern between London Victoria, Brighton and Horsham.

Can you tell me more about the incident?
Thameslink had been advised of a passenger being taken ill on board the 1737 St Albans City to Sutton service at City Thameslink. The train has now moved onto Elephant and Castle where emergency services will attend to assist.
This means trains can run between London St Pancras and London Blackfriars again.
