What has happened?
There is a fault with the signalling system at Knighton Junction. This is between Leicester and Market Harborough and is disrupting our trains on the Sheffield / Nottingham / London St Pancras International route.
All the signalling has stopped working in the area. Network Rail are aware and are sending a team to the site to investigate.
How does this affect my train?
Trains booked to call through the area in both directions between Leicester and Market Harborough are currently unable to run.
At present we do not know when the problem is likely to be fixed until we have move information from the site.
How do I get where I need to be?
East Midlands Railway are currently looking at alternative arrangements to keep you on the move. Please remember that this can take time and be assured that our team are working tirelessly to arrange this as quickly as possible for you.
