Trains between Ipswich and Lowestoft are being disrupted due to failure of the river swing bridge.
Network Rail response team have been informed and are making their way to the site.
Because of this issue, train services may terminate short of their destination and start from stations other than their booked stations.
Passengers travelling to Ipswich or Lowestoft may travel via Norwich at no extra cost.
Rail replacement buses have been ordered and on route to Lowestoft and Beccles.
These buses, operated by Angies Tours and Completely Travel will shuttle between Beccles and Lowestoft.
Local bus, X2 will accept Greater Anglia tickets between Beccles and Lowestoft until further notice.
