Can you tell me more about the incident?
We've been told that a road vehicle has struck a railway bridge in this area.
There will be a speed restriction for trains travelling through the area, so your journey will take longer than usual. We may not be able to tell you the exact delay until your train has passed the bridge, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Network Rail will be sending engineers as quickly as possible to check the bridge for any damage, and if it's safe to do so, trains will be allowed to run at their usual speeds.
