Can you tell me more about the incident?

There is a fault with the signalling system at Bowes Park affecting the line towards Alexandra Palace and London. The nature of the fault requires trains to come to a stand and await permission from signalling staff to continue past, which can take between 5 and 10 minutes per train.

Network Rail technicians are on site at the location of the fault, investigating the cause and working to fix it as quickly as they are able.
