Engineering work on overhead power cables is taking place at Wickford, closing all lines.

Friday 27 December:

Buses will replace trains between Shenfield and Southend Victoria, and also between Wickford and Southminster.

Saturday 28 December to Wednesday 1 January:

Buses will replace  trains between Southend Victoria and Newbury Park (London Underground Central Line), and also between Wickford and Southminster.

Valid tickets can be used on London Underground services between Newbury Park and Stratford / London Liverpool Street.
