Engineering work is taking place in the Southampton Central area, closing some lines.

Saturday:

Trains will not call at Winchester and Southampton Airport Parkway. Journey times will be extended by up to 45 minutes. South Western Raiilway rail replacement road transport will operate between Eastleigh, Southampton Airport Parkway and Southampton Central.

Sunday:

Buses will replace trains between Eastleigh, Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth.

Great Western Railway:

Sunday :

Buses replace trains between Southampton Central and Fareham.

South Western Railway:

Saturday:

Buses will operate between:

• Eastleigh and Southampton Central
• Fareham and Southampton Central

Sunday:

Buses will operate between:

• Southampton Airport and Poole
• Eastleigh and New Milton
• Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier

It is not yet confirmed how Southern will be affected by these works.
