Engineering work is taking place between Coleshill Parkway / Wilnecote and Birmingham New Street closing various lines.
From 20:00 Saturday and all day Sunday, buses will be running between Coleshill Parkway and Birmingham New Street.
Alterations to trains which normally run through Wilnecote:
Trains will be diverted between Burton-on-Trent and Birmingham New Street via, and calling additionally at, Lichfield City with the exception of trains on the Nottingham - Cardiff Central route.
Until 20:00 on Saturday, trains between Nottingham and Cardiff Central will run between Nottingham and Coleshill Parkway via Wilnecote and between Birmingham New Street and Cardiff Central.
Customers travelling direct between Nottingham and Birmingham New Street / Cardiff Central are advised to travel on the diverted route via Lichfield City, changing at either Derby or Burton-on-Trent.
After 20:00 and all day Sunday, trains between Nottingham and Cardiff Central will also be diverted via Lichfield City. Replacement buses will run between Wilnecote and Lichfield City (calling at Tamworth) to connect with the diverted trains.
Alterations to trains which normally run through Coleshill Parkway:
Trains will run between Stansted Airport / Leicester and Coleshill Parkway only. Replacement buses will run between Coleshill Parkway and Birmingham New Street.
Additional information:
As a result of CrossCountry trains being diverted via Lichfield City, some West Midlands Railway trains will run to an amended timetable between Lichfield Trent Valley and Birmingham New Street.
