Engineering work is taking place at various locations in the Manchester and Blackburn areas, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Hadfield - Manchester Piccadilly:
The 22:47 Sheffield to Manchester Piccadilly service will not call at New Mills Central, Strines, Marple, Romiley, Bredbury, Brinnington, Reddish North, Ryder Brow, Belle Vue and Ashburys, and will terminate at Stockport. A train service is available from Stockport to Manchester Piccadilly. A replacement bus will run from Chinley to Manchester Piccadilly, serving intermediate stations.
The 22:59 Buxton to Manchester Piccadilly service will terminate at Stockport. Onward journeys are available between Stockport and Manchester Piccadilly.
The 23:15 New Mills Central to Manchester Piccadilly will be bus replaced throughout.
The 23:29 Manchester Piccadilly to Glossop service will be bus replaced throughout. One bus will run from Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield, calling at Ashburys, Gorton, Guide Bridge, Flowery Field, Newton for Hyde, Godley, Glossop, Dinting and Hadfield. A second bus will run from Godley to Hadfield, calling at Hattersley, Broadbottom, Glossop, Dinting and Hadfield.
Blackburn:
The 21:42 Rochdale to Clitheroe service will terminate at Blackburn. A replacement bus will run from Blackburn to Clitheroe.
The 23:39 Clitheroe to Blackburn service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
