22:02 London Charing Cross to London Bridge will not call at Lewisham.
A replacement bus will depart Hither Green at 23:31 for Lewisham, St Johns, New Cross and London Bridge.

22:37, 23:07 and 23:37 London Charing Cross to Hayes services will run as booked to London Bridge, then will be diverted fast to Hither Green and will terminate at Hither Green. Replacement buses will depart Hither Green at 23:13, 23:36 and 00:07 for Lewisham and stations to Hayes.

22:41 Dartford to London Charing Cross will not call Blackheath or Lewisham.
A replacement bus will depart Charlton at 23:27 for Blackheath, Lewisham and London Bridge.

22:54 London Charing Cross to Dartford will call at London Waterloo East, London Bridge, Hither Green and Dartford only. A replacement bus will depart Hither Green at 23:25 for Lewisham, Blackheath, Kidbrooke, Eltham, Falconwood, Welling, Bexleyheath, Barnehurst and Dartford.

22:55 Dartford to London Charing Cross will call at Hither Green, London Bridge, London Waterloo East and London Charing Cross only. A replacement bus will from Dartford at 22:55, serving these stations.

22:57 London Cannon Street to Hayes will run as booked to St Johns then will be diverted fast to Hither Green and will terminate at Hither Green.
A replacement bus will depart New Cross at 23:17 for stations to Hayes.

23:02 Dartford to London Victoria will start from Denmark Hill at 23:48.
A replacement bus will depart Dartford at 23:02 for all stations to London Victoria.

23:04 London Victoria to Dartford will terminate at Denmark Hill.
A replacement bus will depart Denmark Hill at 23:24 for all stations to Dartford.

23:12 London Charing Cross to Dartford will not call at Lewisham or Blackheath.

23:15 Hayes to Lewisham will not call at Lewisham, and will be diverted to London Bridge

23:20 London Cannon Street to Orpington will not call at Lewisham.
A replacement bus will depart New Cross at 23:40 for St Johns and Lewisham.

23:20 and 23:50 London Charing Cross to Gravesend will not call at Lewisham.
