Engineering work is taking place between Eastleigh and St Denys, closing all lines on Saturday evening.
As a result, the 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Westbury service will divert between Fareham and Southampton Central, and will not call at Eastleigh or Southampton Airport Parkway.
Customers for these stations should use alternative services.
