Quality food and drink from local suppliers is important to us, and our suppliers are passionate people who love what they do. From real ale to handmade cakes, you’ll find the very best on-board.
If coffee is your passion, try our Grumpy Mule lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos and espressos. The Grumpy Mule, based in Meltham, near Holmfirth prides itself in supplying coffees from identifiable farms, estates and cooperatives of smallholder farmers to ensure the very best taste.
For tea, try a taste of wonderland as you travel with a steaming cup of the Mad Hatter’s special brew. Based in Northallerton, Mad Hatter Tea is a refreshing blend of Indian Assam and Kenyan Rooibos. Fresh juices and drinks are supplied by Peros, who specialize in Fairtrade products because growers in the developing world deserve a fair deal.
If you fancy something a little stronger, we stock a great range of delicious Real Ales from the Little Valley Brewery. The Little Valley Brewery sits high on the Pennine moorland of Cragg Vale near to Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. They brew an inspired range of beers, naturally refreshing and full of good taste.
Our fresh sandwiches and snacks come from Bradford based Tiffin Sandwiches. Tiffin use only the freshest, superior quality ingredients, the majority sourced from local businesses to make a great range of sandwiches.
Our cakes, cookies and flapjacks are supplied by Leeds-based Exquisite Handmade Cakes. The company strive to produce quality baked goods with a unique and special homemade taste. They must be doing something right, as the treats and cakes go down very well with passengers.
And for when only chocolate will do, pick up a bar of luxury chocolate from Choc-Affair of York. Choc-Affair are a small family firm who make and pack everything by hand and only ever work with certified Fairtrade chocolate.
