- Hillington West Platform Renewal: Services towards Paisley Gilmour Street will not call at Hillington West from Sunday 18 May to Saturday 23 August
Engineering work is taking place on Platform 2 at Hillington West station, closing the platform for 13 weeks (project background information is available below).
Due to this, Westbound trains (towards Paisley Gilmour Street) will not call at Hillington West. Eastbound services (towards Glasgow Central) are not affected by this and will run as normal.
If you are travelling to / from Hillington West you should instead travel to / from Hillington East if possible. Hillington East is a short distance from Hillington West.

Background information on this project:
Network Rail will be delivering nearly £3m of upgrades in platform works at Hillington West station. The investment will not only improve safety and reliability of the railway but will provide modern, safer platforms and wider improvements to the station environment for passengers.
The project consists of two 13-week phases, the first phase being the renewal of platform 1. Once platform 1 is renewed it will reopen and teams will then spend 13 weeks renewing platform 2.
- Hamilton West Platform Renewal: Services towards Motherwell / Larkhall will not call at Hamilton West from Sunday 18 May to Friday 29 August
Engineering work is taking place on Platform 2 at Hamilton West station, closing the platform for the duration.
Due to this, Eastbound trains (towards Motherwell / Larkhall) will not call at Hamilton West. Westbound services (towards Glasgow Central) are not affected by this and will run as normal.
If you are travelling to / from Hamilton West you should instead travel to / from Hamilton Central if possible. Hamilton Central is a short distance from Hamilton West.

- No trains between Blackheath and Charlton from Monday 19 May until Saturday 26 July
Engineering work is taking place on the Blackheath Tunnel, closing all lines between Blackheath and Charlton from Monday 19 May until the end of the day on Saturday 26 July.
No trains will run between Blackheath and Charlton.
Most trains between Dartford and London Cannon Street via Woolwich Arsenal / Lewisham will be diverted to run via Greenwich, however at peak times some of these trains will be diverted to run via Bexleyheath.
There will be two trains per hour fewer between Blackheath and London Cannon Street. At peak times some additional trains will run between Dartford and London Cannon Street via Bexleyheath. Alternative travel options:
You can use London Bus routes 54 and 380 at no extra cost between Blackheath, Charlton and Woolwich Arsenal You can also use the following routes, but normal TfL fares will apply:
- London Bus route SL3 between Abbey Wood, Bexleyheath and Sidcup railway stations.
- Docklands Light Railway between Lewisham and Greenwich

- Far North Line Track Upgrade: Major Engineering Work between Inverness and Wick / Thurso from Sunday 8 to Monday 30 June
Major engineering work is taking place between Dingwall and Georgemas Junction, closing all lines throughout June (background information can be found below).

Inverness â Invergordon / Tain / Ardgay / Lairg / Wick:
Buses will replace trains between Inverness and Invergordon / Tain / Ardgay / Lairg / Wick.
Please note: Rail replacement buses will not serve Altnabreac or Scotscalder.
A limited amount of train services will run between Inverness and Dingwall only, calling at intermediate stations.
Inverness â Kyle of Lochalsh:
Train services will operate as normal.
Additionally:
Sunday 8 June:
- 17:54 Inverness to Wick will terminate at Dingwall. A replacement bus will run from Inverness to Wick, leaving Inverness at 17:54

Background Information:
Network Rail will be carrying out an £11.5 million project to significantly improve the Far North Line during June. The work will increase reliability of rail services for passengers by refurbishing a 5 mile stretch of track between Brora and Helmsdale and replacing almost 9 miles of track between Invergordon and Fearn.

Buses will replace trains between Newport and Bristol Parkway / Bristol Temple Meads.
Additionally, the 05:20 Bristol Temple Meads to Cardiff Central service will not run.
Great Western Railway
From Monday 9 to Friday 13 June.
A reduced and amended timetable will be in affect across the Great Western Railway network.
Trains between Carmarthen / Swansea and London Paddington will divert between Newport and Swindon via Gloucester, and will not call at Bristol Parkway.
Trains between Cardiff Central and Portsmouth Harbour will be diverted to run between Bristol Parkway and Portsmouth Harbour. An alternative train service will run between Cardiff Central and Bristol Parkway via Gloucester to connect to trains between Bristol Parkway and Portsmouth Harbour.
Trains between Cardiff Central and Taunton / Exeter St Davids (and beyond) will run between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton / Exeter St Davids (and beyond). An alternative train service will run between Cardiff Central and Bristol Temple Meads via Gloucester to connect to trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton / Exeter St Davids (and beyond).
You can use your ticket on local bus services between Patchway and Bristol Parkway at no extra cost.
A replacement bus service will run between Cardiff Central and Newport / Severn Tunnel Junction during peak times, and between Cardiff Central and Newport / Bristol Parkway during the early morning / late night.

- Amended late night trains in the Bristol Temple Meads area from Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 June
Engineering work is taking place between Lawrence Hill and Bristol Temple Meads, closing various lines.
The 22:38 Worcester Shrub Hill to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Bristol Parkway. You can connect at Bristol Parkway with the 23:30 Cardiff Central (departing Bristol Parkway at 00:22 Tue-Thu) to Filton Abbey Wood, Stapleton Road, Lawrence Hill and Bristol Temple Meads.
The 23:08 Severn Beach to Bristol Temple Meads service will divert between Lawrence Hill and Bristol Temple Meads, running by an alternative route. It will change direction of travel, before arriving at Bristol Temple Meads at 23:55.

Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway, closing various lines on Monday to Wednesday evenings.
Elizabeth line:
After 22:00 each night:
Services between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4 will run to a reduced service of 2 trains per hour.
Trains between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will run between Abbey Wood and London Paddington (Elizabeth line) only.
Ealing Broadway, Southall and Hayes & Harlington will have a reduced service of 6 trains per hour.
Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 will have a reduced service of 4 trains per hour.
West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham, Maidenhead and Heathrow Terminal 4 will have a reduced service of 2 trains per hour.
No trains will call at Acton Main Line, West Ealing or Hanwell after 23:00.

- Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill / Banbury from Monday 16 to Thursday 19 June
Engineering work is taking place between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday to Thursday:
The 21:53 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill service will call additionally at Didcot Parkway. It will then divert between Didcot Parkway and Worcester Shrub Hill (via Swindon and Cheltenham Spa â not calling at either). You should use rail connections between Didcot Parkway and Oxford, for road transport from Oxford to Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore, Worcestershire Parkway and Worcester Shrub Hill.
The 22:00 Hereford to London Paddington service will terminate at Worcester Shrub Hill, and restart from Oxford. There will be no connection between the two parts of this service. However, there will be road transport from Worcester Shrub Hill to stations to Evesham and Oxford, but with no rail connection towards London Paddington.
The 22:31 (departing 22:39) Didcot Parkway to Banbury will terminate at Oxford. Road transport will run at 23:10 from Oxford to Tackley, Heyford, Kings Sutton Village Square and Banbury.
The 22:51 London Paddington to Worcestershire Parkway service will terminate at Oxford. Road transport will run from Oxford to Hanborough, Charlbury, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore and Worcestershire Parkway.
The 23:34 Banbury to Oxford will not run, and will be replaced by road transport at 23:34 from Banbury to Kings Sutton Village Square, Heyford, Tackley and Oxford.

Engineering work is taking place between Streatham and Sutton (London), closing some lines overnight.
The 23:22 Sevenoaks to London Blackfriars train will be diverted to terminate at London Victoria. It will not be able to call at Elephant & Castle or London Blackfriars. Your tickets will be accepted on TfL buses at non extra cost to complete your journey. The 22:22 St Albans to Sutton will not run.

As a result the following amendments will apply:
- The 22:17 Blackpool North to Liverpool Lime Street service will not call at stations between St Helens Central and Liverpool Lime Street. A bus will be provided from St Helens Central to Liverpool Lime Street
- The 22:43 Wilmslow to Liverpool Lime Street service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool Lime Street
- The 23:30 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria service will depart at 23:20 and run earlier than normally advertised to Broad Green. A bus will be provided from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria, departing Liverpool Lime Street at 23:30 and stopping to set down only from Broad Green

- The 22:58 Leeds to Blackburn service will not run. Customers from Leeds should travel on the 22:42 Leeds to Manchester Victoria service to Hebden Bridge. A bus will be provided from Hebden Bridge to Blackburn
- The 23:03 Manchester Victoria to Blackburn via Todmorden will not run. Customers should use the 23:23 Manchester Victoria to Leeds service to Todmorden. A bus will be provided from Todmorden to Blackburn

The 22:32 London St Pancras International to Sheffield service will terminate at Derby. A replacement bus will run from Derby to Sheffield via Chesterfield.
The 23:30 Sheffield to Derby service will start earlier than usual at 23:14, and run earlier throughout.
The 23:35 London St Pancras International to Nottingham service will depart Kettering later than usual at 00:58. It will then depart Leicester 25 minutes earlier than usual at 01:24, and run earlier throughout.
Monday to Friday:
The 23:04 London St Pancras International to Derby service will depart Leicester earlier than usual at 01:01, and run earlier throughout.
Tuesday to Friday:
The 04:13 Derby to London St Pancras International service will start from Derby at 04:43, and will run later until Kettering.
The 04:32 Corby to London St Pancras International service will depart Corby later than usual, at 04:35. It will run later than usual at all stations to Luton. It will not call at Bedford, and it will arrive at London St Pancras International later than usual. A replacement bus will run from Wellingborough to Bedford.
The 04:58 Sheffield to London St Pancras International service will start from Sheffield at 04:39, earlier than usual. It will run earlier than usual until Derby, after which it will run normally.

An additional train will leave London Victoria at 00:12 calling at Bromley South, St Mary Cray and Swanley to connect with a replacement bus to Gillingham at Swanley.
The 00:25 London Victoria to Ashford International will leave London Victoria at 00:40 to connect with a replacement bus to Gillingham at Swanley.
Accessible replacement buses will run between:
- Swanley and Gillingham calling at all stations except Swanley
- Swanley and Sole Street (non-stop minibus)
Thursday & Friday
00:15 London Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells will be diverted and run non-stop between London Bridge and Tonbridge via an alternative route.
An additional train will leave London Charing Cross at 00:20 to Sevenoaks, calling at Waterloo East, London Bridge, Orpington, Chelsfield and Dunton Green.
An accessible bus will run from Sevenoaks to Tunbridge Wells calling at all stations to drop off passengers.
