The Met Office have issued yellow weather warnings across Great Britain throughout today, Sunday 8 December.
Storm Darragh is expected to bring heavy rain and wind today. Please check your journey in full before travelling.
Current weather disruptions:
Norwich - Ely
Due to a tree blocking the railway between Lakenheath and Shippea Hill, all lines are blocked. Trains running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until further notice.
During safety checks of the line because of storm Darragh, several trees has been found on the line blocking the routes to / from Ely. As a result, Greater Anglia will be unable to run train services between Norwich and Ely until further notice. Network Rail response team have been informed and are making arrangements to go to the site to remove the trees.
