Following a safety inspection of the track at Wye, following reports of a line-side fire, all lines have now reopened between Minster and Ashford International.
As service recovers, trains running between these stations may still be cancelled, diverted via Dover Priory or delayed by up to 45 minutes.
Disruption is expected until 19:30.
