The following routes are affected by shortage of train drivers:
- between Birmingham New Street and Cardiff Central
- between Cambridge and Stansted Airport
For journeys between Birmingham New Street and Cardiff Central, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following services:
- Transport For Wales between Cheltenham Spa and Cardiff Central in both directions
- Great Western Railway via any reasonable route
For journeys between Cambridge and Stansted Airport, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following services:
- Greater Anglia between Cambridge and Stansted Airport in both directions (Please note, you may have to change at Audley End)
