Customer Advice
Minor damage to the overhead wires has been found in the Meldreth area preventing trains running on this line.
If you haven't started your journey yet we recommend that you delay until we confirm the line has reopened.
Network Rail response staff are on-site have completed the repairs and in the process of removing their equipment. Once this is done one train will run through the affected part under observation to make sure the issue doesn't re-occur
At present no trains are running between Royston and Cambridge. Teams have contacted the replacement bus suppliers but the ETA for there arrival would be after the estimate for the problem being fixed so please wait for the line to re-open as this will be your fastest option.
