There is a points failure at Boston. This is between Boston and Skegness and is disrupting trains on the Nottingham / Skegness route.
Network Rail are sending a team to site to investigate the problem. They are expected to arrive at 07:40.Â
How does this affect my train?
Trains running through the area in both directions cannot run between Boston and Skegness.
Trains running in the Skegness direction will terminate at Boston.
Trains running in the Nottingham direction will start at Boston.
At present we are expecting the problem to be fixed in the next 2 hours. As soon as the problem is fixed the priority will be to get trains running to their advertised times again. We expect advertised timetables to resume on the affected routes by 09:00.Â
