The broken down train at London Paddington has now moved which means the line towards Whitechapel has now reopened.
As severe congestion has now built up, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes, revised or diverted to / from London Liverpool Street whilst services return to normal.
Disruption is expected until 10:00.

- Thameslink between Abbey Wood and Farringdon
- Docklands Light Railway via any reasonable route

- Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading
- Greater Anglia between London Liverpool Street and Shenfield
Additional information:
The faulty train at London Paddington station is no longer blocking Platform A which means services are now able to run in to and out of the station as normal.
Whilst a normal timetable is restored, services may still be disrupted.
