Industrial action to affect Great Western Railway services on Monday 5 February

Industrial action by the ASLEF union will affect the Great Western Railway network on Monday 5 February.

There is also an overtime ban announced for between Monday 29 January and Tuesday 6 February. However, Great Western Railway expect to operate a normal service on all days except Monday 5 February.

Monday 5 February - strike action:

A reduced, revised service will operate across the Great Western Railway network. Many parts of the Great Western Railway network will have no service at all and trains that are running will only be operating for a limited period during the day.

The day before and after strikes, services could also be affected by a limited number of short-notice cancellations and alterations.
