The ASLEF Union has announced strike action will be taken by it's members on Friday 5 April.

In addition, there will be an overtime ban from Thursday 4 April to Saturday 6 April, and from Monday 8 April to Tuesday 9 April.

Thursday 4 April

A normal timetable is expected to run, however trains are subject to short notice alterations and cancellations.

There will be NO East Midlands Railway services on Friday 5 April. Customers are advised not to travel.

Saturday 6 April

Services between Liverpool Lime Street and Sheffield will be operating with an amended timetable. All other East Midlands Railway routes are expected to run the planned timetable, however trains are subject to short notice alterations and cancellations.

Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 April

A normal timetable is expected to run, however trains are subject to short notice alterations and cancellations.
