CrossCountry services will be affected by industrial action on the following dates:

• Saturday 1 October 2022 (strike action by ASLEF and RMT unions)
• Wednesday 5 October 2022 (strike action by ASLEF union)
• Saturday 8 October 2022 (strike action by RMT union)

Saturday 1 October

There will be NO CrossCountry services running.

Sunday 2 October

Some early morning services will be affected, services will be running from approximately 09:00.

Wednesday 5 October 

There will be NO CrossCountry services running.

Saturday 8 October 

A significantly reduced timetable will operate on Saturday 8 October. Details of which services will be running will be available soon. 

Sunday 9 October 

Some early morning services will be affected, with a later start to services from approximately 09:00.

The National Rail Enquiries Journey Planner will be updated on Tuesday 27 September for the services on Saturday 1 October and on Thursday 29 September for the services on Wednesday 5 October. The industry is still working on the plans for Saturday 8 October.
