Can you tell me more about the incident?
One of our trains has come to a stand in the Hitchin area, following one of its pantographs - the part of the train which draws power from the overhead electricity lines - automatically lowering for unknown reasons. The driver of the train is working with specialist Network Rail engineers to get the train back on the move as soon as possible.
