Following a person being hit by a train earlier between St Pancras International and St Albans City all lines have now reopened.
Train services running to and from these stations will be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

We sadly report that a person was hit by a train earlier this afternoon. Some services are now being reinstated, however delays, alterations and cancellations to remaining services will take place. These alterations are due to trains and crew being displaced.
Thameslink services to Sutton via Wimbledon remain suspended
A shuttle service is running between St Pancras and Bedford calling at all stations
A reduced service is running between Bedford and Brighton - particularly through Central London.
There are a limited number of rail replacement buses on site at St Albans, Luton and Stevenage. These are being directed by station staff.
