Southeastern
What's happened?Â
Engineering works that were due to be completed at 09:00 will not be finished on time, which means Charing Cross and Waterloo East will remain closed until approximately 09:30.
Â
How does this affect my journey?Â

Southeastern are in the process of updating journey planners with the changes to train services and will confirm here once that is complete.
Â

You can use your ticket on the London Underground between Southeastern London Terminals at no extra cost.
Â
Thameslink
Thameslink services via London Bridge may be disrupted by overrunning engineering works this morning.Â
Following overnight works, from 09.00, we were expecting Network Rail to reopen the route through this station which provides a connection to London Blackfriars, London St Pancras International and stations north of London.Â
However, as the route will now be closed until at least 09:30, we expect various trains will be revised.Â
Thameslink trains will be diverted onto an alternative route through Tulse Hill, which takes around 20 minutes longer, and does not serve London Bridge station itself.Â
This means that your journey will take longer than usual, and if you are travelling to or from London Bridge itself, you may need to use another route.Â
This incident does not affect early-morning Thameslink trains which start and terminate their journeys at London Bridge, on routes via East Croydon.Â
Southern services to and from this station can also run normally, subject to any other disruption elsewhere on the network.Â
Please check the status of your train by using the live departure boards here.
You can also see a live map of the network here. Â
