Services at London Liverpool Street are currently experiencing disruptions due to congestion caused by multiple platforms being out use due to a signalling system fault. Staff are working closely with Network Rail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please be aware that West Anglia services are primarily affected by this incident, but some Great Eastern mainline trains may also be impacted. We advise you to allow extra time for your journey.

Alternative Travel Options
Tickets will be accepted on the following routes at no extra cost:
- c2c between Fenchurch Street and Southend Central
- Great Norther between London St Pancras International and Cambridge, and between Moorgate and Hertford North
- London Underground between London Liverpool Street and London Kings Cross / Moorgate
- Customers travelling between Tottenham Hale and Stratford can travel via Liverpool Street for train connections.
Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
