At the moment, Great Northern advise you to use your normal route, but please be prepared for a delay, and leave some extra time for any essential journeys.

Can you tell me more about these incidents?
There is currently a signalling problem affecting trains after their departure from Enfield Chase. Drivers are having to stop additionally and seek permission from the signaller before proceeding past a defective item of signalling equipment, causing minor delays.
Earlier today, an operational incident occurred during the journey of the 06:45 Moorgate - Welwyn Garden City service. This train has since been terminated at Welham Green. During this process, it was blocking one of the northbound lines (from London towards Welwyn Garden City). Several other trains have also been delayed behind this one. All northbound lines are available once again.
There has also been an ill passenger on the 07:02 Hertford North - Moorgate service. This has led to a delay to this service at Hornsey. They have now been assisted, and the train is now on the move.
Lastly, there was a problem with the 06:35 Watton-at-Stone to Moorgate service at the start of its journey earlier. The train has since been withdrawn from service and is being checked by engineers. This has led to some trains being cancelled on this route.
