Emergency services dealing with an incident between Wimbledon and Woking means trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 14:30.

We have received reports that a person has been struck by a train between Surbiton and Woking. Response teams are working with the emergency services to assist with the incident. In order to allow emergency services access to the railway all power to the track will need to be switched off in the affected area.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Exeter St Davids and routes between Guildford and Reading.
  • Southern between London Victoria and Portsmouth and Southampton
  • London Underground between Wimbledon and London Waterloo via any reasonable route
  • London Buses via any reasonable route
