What We're Doing About It

We have been informed that a passenger has taken ill onboard a train between Raynes Park and Surbiton. Until the person's condition has been assessed by staff from the Ambulance Service the train is unable to continue its journey. A queue of trains has already formed behind the train with the ill passenger on board.
