A speed restriction over defective track between Tottenham Hale and Stratford / London Liverpool Street means trains have to run at reduced speed. As a result, trains running between these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or diverted via Seven Sisters.

This is expected until 18:00.

Customer Advice:

West Anglia services via Tottenham Hale are disrupted in both directions due to trains having to run at reduced speeds due toa defective track reported in the area. As a result, some Stansted Express services may be diverted via Seven Sisters to ease congestion. Greater Anglia are working closely with Network rail to get the problem rectified as soon as possible. In the meantime, please expect your journey to take longer than usual.

Routes affected:

  • Stansted Airport -Liverpool Street
  • Hertford East - Liverpool Street
  • Bishops Stortford - Stratford
