Due to emergency services dealing with an incident between Surbiton and Woking all lines are blocked.

What's Going On

Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 15:00.

What We're Doing About It

We have received reports that a person has been struck by a train between Surbiton and Woking. 

Response teams are working with the emergency services to assist with the incident. In order to allow emergency services access to the railway all power to the track will need to be switched off in the affected area and trains will be unable to run between these stations.

Until further notice, the following alterations apply:

The following services have been suspended until further notice:

  • London Waterloo to Woking (stopping services)

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • London Underground via any reasonable route
  • London Buses via any reasonable route
  • Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Basingstoke via Reading
