What South Western Railway are doing about it

We have been informed of a problem at a level crossing between Staines and Virginia Water. This means that the lines are currently closed in both directions in that area.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted on the following services at no extra cost:

• Elizabeth line between Reading and London Paddington
• Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading
• Great Western Railway between Windsor & Eton Central, Slough and London Paddington
• London Underground lines via any reasonable route
• London Buses between London Waterloo and Virginia Water via any reasonable route

Replacement transport has been requested. We will update you when the transport is in place.
