Customer Advice
Due to a problem with the Overhead Electrical Wires near Billericay, services are unable to run between Shenfield and Billericay.  All trains from Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria are having to terminate at Shenfield, whilst all services from Southend Victoria to Liverpool Street will start at Shenfield.  A shuttle service is running between Billericay and Southend Victoria.
Customers are advised that Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted on C2C services between Fenchurch Street and Southend Central.  Fenchurch Street station is a short walk from Liverpool Street, but if customers would prefer to take the London Underground, Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted between Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for Fenchurch Street) on the Circle Line.  Alternative road transport is currently being sourced.Â
Network Rail are investigating and looking to rectify this fault.
