Due to a points failure between Selhurst and West Croydon trains travelling from London will be diverted to run via Crystal Palace. Trains travelling towards London are not directly affected but may suffer some knock-on delays.
You can use your ticket to travel on any Southern service on a reasonable route to your destination.
If you are travelling from Streatham Common, Norbury, Thornton Heath, or Selhurst:
Passengers travelling towards West Croydon, Sutton, or Epsom Downs will need to instead travel to Balham station, then change there for a return service.
If you are travelling to Streatham Common, Norbury, Thornton Heath, or Selhurst:
Passengers travelling towards Sutton / Epsom Downs should travel on to West Croydon, then change there for a return service which will call at these stations. Passengers travelling on trains towards London will be able to travel as normal, as these services will call as scheduled.
