What has happened?
There is a road vehicle blocking the railway near Collingham Station. This is between Nottingham and Newark Castle and is disrupting our trains on the Leicester/ Nottingham/ Lincoln/ Grimsby routes.
At present Network Rail are on site investigating the problem. The team on site have confirmed that the road vehicle has been removed and is no longer blocking the railway, however, a recovery is required to ensure services can run through the area safely. We do not have an estimated time that services will be able to run.
