Severe weather in the North of England and Scotland means a speed restriction is in place between Carstairs and Lockerbie which is causing disruption to journeys running between Motherwell / Edinburgh and Carlisle.
As trains have to run at reduced speed, services may cancelled or delayed by up to 45 minutes.
