Train services are unable to run between Manchester Victoria and Rochdale, this will be affecting the following routes:
- Headbolt Lane to Blackburn via Todmorden
- Clitheroe / Blackburn to Rochdale via Manchester Victoria
- Chester to Leeds
- Wigan Wallgate to Leeds
Trains are still able to run between Manchester Victoria and Clitheroe via Bolton, between Preston and Colne, and also between Blackpool North and York.
You can use your ticket on the following services, at no extra cost:
- TransPennine Express via any reasonable route
- Metrolink between Manchester Victoria and Rochdale
