Customer Advice

Due to a person having been struck by a train between Harlow Town and Bishops Stortford the following routes are suspended:

• Liverpool Street - Stansted Airport
• Liverpool Street - Cambridge.

 

As well as the suspended routes, services between Liverpool Street and Hertford East are severely disrupted, as we attempt to clear trains away from the lines they would run on. The emergency services are en route to the site in order to attend to the incident.

• Great Northern are conveying passengers between London Kings Cross and Cambridge in both directions until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Greater Anglia rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
• London Underground services are conveying passengers between London Liverpool Street and London Kings Cross in both directions until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Greater Anglia rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
• Thameslink are conveying passengers between London St Pancras International and Cambridge in both directions until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Greater Anglia rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
