Customer Advice: Network Rail have informed us of a points failure between Lea Bridge and Stratford, and Greater Anglia are unable to run trains between these stations. Points allow trains to move from one track to another, similar to changing lanes in a car or using a road junction. This particular junction is where a depot joins the line to Stratford. A response team has been dispatched to investigate and rectify the problem. Alternative Travel Options Trains may be diverted to London Liverpool Street, whereas other trains will only be running as far as Lea Bridge. Some trains may be cancelled.
