A broken down freight train between Edinburgh and North Berwick / Berwick-upon-Tweed is causing disruption to journeys between these stations.

Services may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.

We anticipate disruption will continue until 13:00.

Network Rail staff are on site to investigate the issue. A rescue train is enroute to the location of the broken down train.
