A failure of the electricity supply between Dover Priory and Ashford International means some lines are blocked. As a result, trains may be cancelled or diverted. This is expected until 13:00.

What's happened?

The line from Dover towards Ashford is currently blocked because of a fault with the electrical supply to our trains.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are unable to run from Dover towards Ashford.  

Highspeed services from Ramsgate to London St Pancras via Dover will be diverted to run via Canterbury West.

Trains between Dover & Charing Cross via Folkestone will be unable to run between Dover and Ashford in both directions.

What do I need to do?

You can use the following Stagecoach South East bus routes at no extra cost:

  • Route 45: Between Ramsgate and Sandwich
  • Route 102: Between Dover and Folkestone
  • Route 10: Between Folkestone and Ashford.
