A trespass incident at Charlton is causing disruption to journeys running between Dartford and London Bridge. Trains running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

What's happened?
We've been advised of a trespasser on the railway between Charlton and Blackheath.
For safety, the power to the track has been switched off, to allow the situation to be dealt with.
Response staff are on their way to the area.
How does this affect my journey?
Trains are currently unable to run via Charlton and will be held in stations whilst the situation is ongoing.
Services will be delayed and may be diverted away from the line.
What do I need to do?
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on:
- Docklands Light Railway services between Lewisham, Greenwich and Woolwich Arsenal
- London Buses between London Bridge and Dartford via reasonable routes
Thameslink
Services will be diverted via Lewisham and Bexleyheath and will not be calling at the following stations:
- Deptford
- Greenwich
- Maze Hill
- Westcombe Park
- Charlton
- Woolwich Arsenal
- Plumstead
- Abbey Wood
- Slade Green
If you are travelling on this route, please expect your journey time to be extended by at least 45 minutes as this will involve you using an alternative route.
Tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on the following:
- London Buses between Dartford and London
- Elizabeth Line between Abbey Wood and Farringdon
- Southeastern via any reasonable route (please note these services will also be affected).
- London Underground via any reasonable route.
