Due to a landslip between Chesterfield and Sheffield trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 15:30.

What has happened?
There is safety inspection of the track at Dronfield. This is between Chesterfield and Sheffield and is disrupting trains on the London St Pancras International / Nottingham / Sheffield route and Liverpool Lime Stree t/ Nottingham/ Norwich route.
Network Rail are going to investigate the problem. We do not have an estimated time that the team will arrive on site.
How does this affect my train?
Trains running through the area in both directions cannot run between Chesterfield and Sheffield. Not all services will be able to divert. Please be aware there maybe last minute alterations because of this. Some services will be able to divert between Chesterfield and Sheffield. These services will not be able to call at Dronfield. Due to the diversionary route services will be delayed by 15 minutes. At present we are expecting the problem to be fixed in the next 2 hours. As soon as the problem is fixed, the priority will be to get trains running to their advertised times again. We expect the advertised timetable to resume on the affected routes by 15:30.

You should continue to travel as originally planned however your journey may be delayed by 15 minutes. We are sorry for the delay to your journey today.
